How i am doing on potty training my 2 year old son.
It has been one week tomorrow i have been potty training my 2 year old son Christopher he has done so well the first full day in big boys pants was Tuesday. When i want in to Town with my son i took 5 pairs of trousers and about 6 pairs of pants happy to say his First full day i just used 2 pairs of trousers and 2 pairs of pants. on Wednesday he did so well just one pairs of trousers and pants. On Thursday he did not need to get any clean ones on he did so well Thursday and Friday he tills me if he need the potty out know and at home if we are not going out like this weekend i just let him run around with no pants on he is not wearing nappy at night as i said to myself if i what him to get out of Nappy's i will do it all at ones. At night he has just weed the bed 3 times in 7 day so happy with that as i make sure he has a wee in his potty before i go to sleep and i make sure i give him a drink 1 hour before bed and no more and he has done so well. Made me save £10 week. If you do what to start make sure your not going to give up after a week potty training Christopher has been easy to potty training him. Some people say give them things for doing a wee in potty but i did not as i did not what him thinking if he wee in potty he will get something every time so when he wees in potty we give him a high fives every time that works fine for him and he likes high fives from me and his 2 sisters Claire and sky they say well done every time and say high five Christopher. But if your kids are not ready do not push them on doing it as some kids may not be ready to use the potty. I have 2 potty's at home one in my living room and one in the bathroom for my son and i do have one that i can put on the pushchair to take out as it is a Traver potty. When i know i was not going out that day i let him run around house with no Nappy's on before i start potty training Christopher.
